Legal Stuff

The simple, non-lawyer breakdown of how this site handles privacy, tech, and trademarks.

Accessibility

I built this site to be usable by everyone. It works cleanly with keyboard navigation and screen readers without getting in your way.

  • High contrast layout
  • Screen reader labels
  • Simple, clean HTML structure

Your Data

There are no sneaky tracking scripts, cookie banners, or messy analytics here. I don't collect your personal data because I don't want it or need it.

  • No analytics or tracking cookies
  • Calculators run in your browser
  • Open and honest setup

The Tech Stack

I keep this engine incredibly light and fast so it loads instantly for everyone, everywhere. Here is what runs behind the scenes:

  • Plain JavaScript: No bloated frameworks. Things just work out of the box on pretty much any browser.
  • Tailwind CSS: Keeps the layout responsive so it looks solid on everything from phones to monitors.
  • Font Awesome: Simple, fast-loading visual icons.
  • Cloudflare: Makes sure the page stays online and loads quickly no matter where you are in the world.

Trademarks & IP

STLACCESS is entirely independent. I am not affiliated with, backed by, or connected to Games Workshop Limited, Disney, Wizards of the Coast, or any other miniature brand out there.

Names you recognize like Warhammer, Star Wars Legion, or Dungeons & Dragons belong completely to the companies that own them. When I mention them on this site, it is purely as a reference point to help fellow hobbyists calculate scale differences for their projects. It does not imply I own these names or have an official tie to them.

The Math Disclaimer

The tools here use scale math based on a 175cm human baseline. While the formulas are highly precise, treat the output as an excellent starting guide. Real world factors like material shrinkage (typically 0.2-0.5% for PLA/PETG), specific slicer settings, or even how an individual artist stylizes their models can change how the final printed miniature looks.

See an Issue?

If something looks wrong, a conversion isn't hitting right for your prints, or you spot a problem with how the site handles layout accessibility, just open an issue on the GitHub repository. I built this for the community and want to keep improving it.
